Amy was absolutely amazing today! I had a bad experience last week in another bridal shop so was nervous about visiting another one but Amy was brilliant! Such a beautiful array of dresses, in lots of different styles and sizes. I tried 8 dresses on and found THE one. It made me feel so beautiful, I knew it was the one. I had another appointment arranged for somewhere else so said I'd be in touch but as we got back into my car I just couldn't drive away. I knew I'd found the one... So we went back in and bought it!Amy was so welcoming and lovely. Thank you SO much ♥

Well what can I say firsty I went in with no idea what I wanted and Amy went above and beyond, finally found my dress and went away to think and vist a few other shops, I then made an appointment to go back again and agreed that was my dress so we got it ordered but her amazing customer service didn't stop there, she kept me updated and when my dress came in was soo helpful, even now 1 week before my wedding Amy has been amazing I decided I wanted a petticoat so she ordered it in for me and had another fitting to check it looked OK, this women has the most amazing dresses and the best customer service I have ever seen. Best shop ever and I visited a few more than I'd like to admit

Very friendly, professional and respectful service. We were not rushed and my daughter spent quite a time looking through the lovely selection of prom dresses. Would definitely recommend.

We have never bought a dress from The Bridal Hall, but we have known Amy and her awesome boutique for some years. We have worked together a few times too.We have watched the boutique grow from strength to strength. It offers a luxury service for a good price. We never get bored of seeing all the happy faces, on social media, of all the people who have bought a dress.Amy does good work and is highly respected in the locale. She really cares and always goes the extra mile!

I recently visited The Bridal Hall and have nothing but wonderful things to say. It was the first time I was going to try on wedding dresses and felt a little nervous. Amy was not only incredibly helpful and patient but made the whole experience so enjoyable and fun.I went in to her shop not having a clue what sort of dress I wanted or what would suit me best but Amy listened to what I did and didn't like about multiple dresses I tried on and in the end, we found the perfect one.I came away feeling so confident and excited and had a lovely time with Amy and my family.I would highly recommend going to The Bridal Hall to find your perfect wedding/prom dress as they have so many styles to offer as well as beautiful accessories!Thanks again Amy for the best experience!

I brought my wedding dress from Amy at The Bridal Hall, couldn’t fault Amy going all the lengths to get my wedding dress to me on time, there is a beautiful selection of dresses and accessories. Amy even put me in contact with a lovely seamstress who fit me in for alterations. Amy really goes above and beyond for her customers and she has a beautiful shop.

So I visited with my friend to find her a wedding dress on the 26/06/2021 and all I can say is wow. Firstly Amy's greeting, she made us feel very welcome, comfortable and at ease but also you could tell that this was jnot just a business or job to her this was also her passion! The shop is very organised and Amy explained how her dresses were organised which was very helpful! My friend tried on a dress that she liked the look off and was a potential and then Amy pulled out a dress very slightly similar which then ended up being the dress she said say yes to. The shop maybe small with only one fitting room however this meant that my friend was the only bride being focused on and Amy could give her all her attention. Nothing was too much for Amy either, she even pulled out a couple of bridesmaid dresses just to see if the colour scheme my friend had in mind would go with the dress she had chosen. I would come back here myself if I needed a wedding dress for myself and I would highly recommend anyone considering to book an appointment to do so because even if you didn't find your dress here you would definitely experience that exciting wedding dress shopping ex perience that every bride wants and what we didn't receive when we went to wed2b in Southampton!
