Awesome. Great to see my mobility progress with Viv’s personal care and attention on the Reformer. Every session is varied and pushes me at the right level. Viv is able to tailor everything to your body in the moment which is so important for my progression

Pilates with Viv is great. The classes are really enjoyable and I always feel so much better for taking them. Viv is an excellent teacher, always taking the time to assist, encourage and improve us.

VIv is a great teacher and very encouraging. I was so please to be able to carry doing Pilates with Viv in lock down on line. She makes each lesson different.

Pilates with Viv
I have been attending Viv's classes for many years. She is amazing. Whether you are a complete beginner or one of the more accomplished students, she can take you through your journey. She is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely kind. She knows your limits but always senses when you have 'more in the tank'. When you've had a class with Viv, no-one else comes close.

Pilates with Viv
Vivien is an amazing teacher. My core is now strong. Seen massive improvements in neck, back and shoulders. She is encouraging and comes up with differing exercise plans to work different aspects of your body. I would thoroughly recommend her to everyone.

Pilates with Viv
Vivien is an amazing Pilates teacher - I now have a solid core, strong glutes, flexibility and so much more. During class Viv advises on breathing methods, positioning of limbs, body, head etc. and provides corrective prompts. Zoom classes are an added bonus!She is an extremely knowledgeable, lovely lady.

I had a session with Viv on Saturday. She is an amazing teacher. Explained everything in great detail and was very knowledgeable. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable throughout. Had a great but tough sweaty workout Thank you Viv.
