We are an existing customer, we have been trying to make contact by email and phone for over a week now to discuss a problem with the email on our contact page but have had no response. We have cancelled our direct debit in the hope this might prompt someone to reply but nothing so far..........

As is the case with my life in general, it turned out not to be so simple as the website contained some coding issues. They went above and beyond in terms of what they promised and delivered; I have received the kind of support and attention that has left me with no doubt I have made the right decision.You can hire 'cheap' developers' on Fiverr and source 'bargain' hosting, not so much of a bargain if nobody can visit your website. This is one of many reasons to go with someone you can actually speak to and to pay for a quality service from a brilliant Scottish company. I cannot rate Blue Sword highly enough.
