Have been twice now for pantos at Christmas. The closest parking is Marketplace, which is reasonably priced and a short walk to the venue. There are loads of places to eat or have a drink nearby. There is always a queue to get in and the staff aren’t particularly welcoming. The building is beautiful, they ask for cash only for all stalls/programs/sweets which is annoying. Stuff is overpriced and there is a sign up to say you can’t take drinks or food in with you.Seats are comfortable and the view of the stage is excellent from anywhere. The panto was excellent and so were all the actors for the second year running BUT the venue staff are unpleasant watching over/glaring at the audience which is unnerving. No photos or videos of the performance are allowed until the end - which is totally fine and understandable but I think it’s a unfair to ask a member of the audience to participate in the show and then not allow a quick photo on stage. The woman that told us wasn’t polite about it either. No need for the attitude.Overall, good value for money and we like the panto itself - but the front of house staff let it down.

Attended a performance of Hansel and Gretel with my wife and children for half term. Really enjoyable and well presented show, very good priced ticket's (£5!), and although they have a rule of no external refreshments, the snacks/sweets/drinks they sell are also well priced. Would definitely recommend as somewhere to take the kids!

Brilliant evening listening to Eagley Band and the Community Choir.

Went to see the Cinderella pantomime tonight. Absolutely fantastic the small cast packed a great punch. Best scripting I've ever watched so hilarious.Great value for money £7Encore, I would go and watch it again. 5 stars.

Super affordable Easter Panto at £5 per ticket.Beauty and the Beast.Cast worked very hard and theatre staff were friendly and welcoming.Exceptional Panto Dame with wonderful costumes.Too many 'fat' jokes though and the music was far too loud, sometimes drowning out the performers.However, thoroughly enjoyed by our 7 year old and 5 year old. Will definitely be going to next production.

String Infusion were absolutely breath taking at playing their instruments. We were at the Coldplay Candlelight Concert and it was a magical experience.
