Sent me the wrong item. Had to pay the return postage. Promised to pay me return postage and offer a discount on ordering again but no postage refund was received and the voucher for 10% off did not work either. After complaining again, zero communication. Luckily, I found the item elsewhere from a better supplier. Would not recommend Morgan's Direct!

I bought the 2022 racing diary for my hubby for a Christmas gift and I must say it is an excellent diary. Everything he needs to follow his horse racing. The diary is a hardback A5 spiral back and is really well made. Highly recommend this Company and will be using them again in the very near future.

All went very smoothly, and they were very solicitous with emails about the order. The only real issue was that we were trying to get a calendar that was paper based (rather than plastinated or laminated, which needs a kind of whiteboard pen to write on) and it's quite hard to tell which one is 100%paper
