Thank you Olly this is the second time you have fixed a broken screen. Really prompt service. I came home from work to discover my daughter had dropped her phone and screen was cracked in multiple places and not working. I messaged Olly after 5 and he responded promptly going out of his way to fix the phone on the same night! Amazing. Thank you!

I phoned Lee to explain that the battery in my trusty S8 had swelled and was pushing off the phone backplate. He oredered a new battery and fitted it for me the next day. Superb service and a new lease of life for my phone. Highly recommended.

My wife was locked out of her Google pixel watch after she had paired the watch with another device but she forgot the new pin number, consequently she got locked out of the phone. We took it into Smart-Tech where the technician went out of his way to help and tried hard to resolve the problem. We were both impressed with the efficient service and advice he gave that led to us solving the problem eventually. We would highly recommend this business for any computer problems and repairs, as they are fast, efficient with reasonable charges.

After getting my phone fixed I’ve been having problems with the screen. Sometimes it’s too sensitive and sometimes the screen won’t work when I tap it. The screens not been glued on properly and it looks like the screens falling into itself from the inside. Now I’m having to spend more money just to get it fixed again. Yes it’s been cracked since getting it fixed here but I’ve been having problems with my phone since before it was cracked

Amazing!My wife needs “new” battery etc for her old Nokia 1100 which won’t run 4G and Vodafone withdraw 3G in Norfolk this year. Great advice, gave us a discarded feature phone and suggested 4G non-smart alternatives. Great and honest service! Thank you
