I use this greggs extremely often, never had anything to complain about. Staff are fast, friendly, overall the best Greggs in the area.

I ordered a large hot chocolate and the amount that I received (1st image) was the equivalent of a regular. I asked the woman to top it up with some more hot milk and she put so little in (2nd image). I had to ask a second person to put more in and finally managed to get my money's worth. Deeply not happy.

I had a wonderful experience today at greggs tesco Thornton heath...I was served by Alice such a sweet and pleasant young lady...I have been there before but today was very good...would love to go there again.Alice good on you girl....stay happy and smiley...you will go a long way....

Got a breakfast roll and they tried to cover the burnt egg with brown sauce. Thought it was a one off and would try this branch again as I was starving. But again the egg was burnt

The best service I have ever had from Gregg's example to them all this how you serve customers that's right the best service I've ever had any where nothing was beyond this pussed the boat out on donut with camel topping with custord .Took out of box of four for the one I wanted got my drink to the exact why I like.
