After placing order for 6 medium sized thermal vests for women on Amazon I received 6 pairs of thermal leggings.After contacting Amazon and making a complaint about how the page was set up to order, which I thought was somewhat suspicious and double checking that I was ordering the correct product did receive the wrong order.Now I could return this order but at what cost to me ?My wife said not to bother and to order the vests again which I am highly reticent to do in case the wrong outcome happens again.

Disgusted this company ( on eBay ) managed to get my address completely wrong ! So it ended up at the wrong address and by some miracle we managed to track this item a retrieve it .Never will I buy from them again

Ordered some neon boxer shorts from this company through amazon. Received black. NOT what I ordered. NOT wanted. Tried to contact them to arrange return, exchange or refund. They don't reply. Just ignore messages. Amazon says product can't be returned. I want to cancel this order as is my statutory right but again they don't respond!
