The service I received was truly deplorable.Where do I start?Getting in touch with my case handler was a torture.Completion date was missed.Instead of transferring money into my account, I was told a cheque is being sent and I only found out after having waited for 2 days for payment.By the way, at the time of writing this review, I still haven't received the cheque.I have used many Conveyancers and I have never had such bad experience.Never again!

Pudsey legal… where do I begin?The service I received on the sale of my own property and purchase of a new one was quite simply horrific.I can quite honestly say please do not waste your time and money with this solicitors. I have never dealt with such rude receptionists or been so out of the loop on my own property. The lack of communication is disgusting, no emails or phone calls back, no explanation of what is going on or next steps, constant phone calls to ask for updates and no getting through to anyone. It was only for the last month of the sale of my own property after threatening there director did we actually get somewhere.I cannot say enough, so not use this solicitors, they are shocking!

We used Pudsey Legal to witness the signing of a transfer of property. Paul was extremely helpful and made the vast amount of forms we had to fill in feel as stress free as possible. Everything was completed in record time and with out any delays.I will definitely use and recommend Pudsey Legal in the future.

Please please please do NOT use Pudsey Legal.Non-communicative from start to finish. Hit every red flag from being late on completion to misplacing documents. Our case handler Tony Gale was ridiculously difficult to contact, we were told on multiple separate occasions that he was only taking calls from clients who were completing that day (completely understandable). However, when it came to our completion day, we made around 6 attempts to contact Tony, to be given a number of the usual excuses you would hear from a person unwilling to face the consequences of a terrible service.After the many attempts to get in touch with Tony, we were informed at 5:15pm on completion day that we would in face not be completing until the following morning, after booking annual leave from work (both ourselves and some friends), and paying for a moving company for that day.Since completion, we have received 2 fines for the late submission of our land transaction return, both of which I have had to call the director Paul Kaye at Pudsey myself to confirm that we are not liable for. Pudsey did pick up these charges, but Paul failed to mention on the phone either time that this was because they had 'misplaced' our lease signed and witnessed lease, which was emailed to Tony around 9 days before our completion date, back in August.Shocking service from start to finish, I advise anyone looking for a smooth, pleasant, and well informed purchase/sale of their home to look elsewhere.

Slow service, if you have questions good luck trying to speak with them on phone as no one is available most of the time. Either cuts off after ringing or goes to voicemail. My first time using them but will probably be my last

Terrible solicitors, avoid. They are really unethical, don’t listen to you and talk down to you, treating you like an idiot.
