Tried to charge my sister £90 to fix a wiper. I told her to take it to Xpress instead and they did it for free. Avoid this place.Edit after owner's response: No, it was not a 30 second inspection. You booked her in and were ready to take the money for an unnecessary job.

After visiting Falmouth for the day our car developed a fault with the ABS system when we restarted the car. We came to the garage for advice. They were already busy, but still offered to help and provided a solution, allowing us to continue our journey. Really friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Dropped off my car for its MOT, and it came out worse off than it started. The mechanics working on it smashed the drivers side window whilst performing checks, and subsequently quoted me £210 to have it replaced… on top of the £280 I had to pay for brakes for the MOT…I had no apology or any sort of remorse shown from the mechanics, the boss was off sick the whole time, and so I am driving around in a car with plastic for a window until I sort this myself.Severely disappointed in the customer service from this business, especially as they are a long standing business. Will never be going here again, and if you prefer good customer service from your garages I would suggest avoiding this place altogether.

Drove 250 miles to falmouth for our holiday. Sounded like something wrong with the brakes. Googled garages near our hotel, rang the dell garage and they saw us 2 hours later to check our car. All good and only charged us 30 mins labour to look at the car. So grateful that we now have peace of mind and they saw us so quickly!! Can't recommend these lovely chaps enough x

Do not use this garage if you're a girl as they will scam you by overcharging on the assumption that you're oblivious. Charging £150 for a rubber washer on the clutch cable is a joke.

Once again excellent service from Alan and the team at Dell.I would definitely recommend them for your motoring needs,good family run values and commitment to quality.
