Absolutely brilliant service, Andy was really helpful when we needed to get a quote for a cat flap to be fitted. He also fixed our very big difficult sliding door and the lock is now a dream.Andy was very reliable came to the house on time when he said he would, honest and fair pricing. Nothing too much trouble, Michelle was also excellent with the communication of times etc. Will definitely use this service again

We were really upset when we found out that our 7 year old bodged conservatory roof, installed by another builder, was beyond repair and would need replacing.You and the team were always prompt every morning, worked heard and cleaned up at the end of the day. The job was done without any fuss, even though you were doing the hardest part of the job in the hottest week of the year. Even though you were recovering from a fractured arm you still put in 100% and we really appreciated it.The end result is fabulous and has made a huge difference to the house. I picked this company because they had a lot of good reviews.I had to wait a month for an appointment because they were so busy, a good sign, I thought.That had to be postponed for 2 weeks because his van broke down.The gentleman came & said that he could repair it and would be in touch.10 days later, I called and spoke with his wife, who was going to call me back. 2 weeks later, I called again and was assured she'd call me back in half an hour. Next day still no call.If you don't want the job or aren't able to do it, I'd much rather be told that, please.

Andy kindly popped over to look at our broken Velux. When he found out that it was only 18 months old, he suggested we try repairing it under the Velux warranty (we hadn’t thought of this)! Although the repair was outside of their terms, Velux still kindly sent a replacement part which we could fit ourselves. This meant Andy was out of pocket for his time and loss of business, but just shows what a decent person he is. Thank you Andy, you’ve saved us £££. We’ll contact you again if we need any window repairs and will happily recommend you to others.

We've had problems closing our front and back doors and thought we would have to replace them. Charged an extortionate £288 for call out to repair a French door which wouldn’t lock. At the property for less than an hour. Left a gap in the doors so you could see the gravel outside. Very poor workmanship for supposed experts. I’ve just had a local builder sort them properly for me at a cost of £45!! Don’t waste your money on this company like we did
