worst petrol pump in luton! the male staff are lazy and con you for money the pumps are faulty and nothing but air comes out however the price meter keeps going up even when there is no petrol coming out. even told staff but they turned around and said they cannot come out to check it when the store was empty! have made complaints to the manager who has disregarded it and made me pay for the non existent petrol even when his worker confirmed only air was coming out of the pumps. This situation has not only happened with me but several other people as wellRecommend everyone to stay away from this petrol pump!!

Worse car wash. Priced at £15 but when is almost ready is asking for £25. When you ask for a receipt, they tell you to leave and never come back.

Only went in to pump up tyres!! Managed to get 3 out of 4 tyres pumped up before machine went into an E1 fault and went gaga! Rubbish, get a new machine with a card reader and not have to get a token!

It sells fuel and has a small shop. It is OK. Needs a good tidy up outside. Bit of an eyesore for local residents.

Good location for topping-up on the outskirts of Luton, and it's usually fairly quiet. Bit of a pain pulling back onto the main road as drivers tend to put their foot down on this stretch of road. That's not the fault of the petrol station, though.

Staff are rude and obnoxious!Pumps are also faulty stop it bang on a 00 and 9/10 it goes up after you put the nozzle backOnly reason I use this dive is it’s the closest to my home unfortunately.Also never use cards to pay as they have cloned and made charges to cards belonging to close friends and family of mine.!!Major scam goings on at this petrol station be very aware!!

You close at 10pm as advertised. Two nights got to you at 9.30 and run 9.15 and you decided you were closed. Lots if angry customers. Not the poor man’s fault but you are either open to 10 or not!! As for that new management in car wash. Useless. Actually open your doors and spray water in and then charged me £6 more for the condition of wetness. Please get a grip. Never coming back. Used to be at good. Greedy less caring individuals

I needed to go to this service station this morning as I needed petrol, I was shocked to see that while I was filling up 3 different men walked in without wearing any face coverings, when they had left (as I am not prepared to risk myself going in when they were all there) I asked the cashier about the men not wearing face coverings and was told that in his words 'its ok now, from Monday its over, the papers said so'????????? SERIOUSLY!!! I tried to explain that no it was not over and that with the new variant we need to still be careful but he wouldn't listen. If you don't want to risk yourself or family etc I wouldn't go to this service station.Very poor service from the car wash. My 3 year old niece would do a better job, tried to complain but they were too busy arguing amongst themselves and did a rubbish job , half of the hoovering not done and the inside cleaning was so spotty, total rubbish and waste of time and money, avoid like the plague !!!'

Pump clearly had an issue with delivery of fuel. Alot of hissing, foaming and spitting everytime I pulled the handle. Made the chap in the shop aware of this who tried to tell me it was fine and not a problem to fill up the car (yet it wouldn't go in the car it was running down the side and foaming up) then attempted to charge me the few quid for use of the faulty pump! Used to use weekly but won't be going back anymore.
