Came in today with 9 week old and 2 year old. The baby needed a feed an without hesitation the staff kindly put together a little area for me baby and toddler so i could feed her. Could jot be more thankful to them all.

Love shopping in b & m but this one is the worse one and we avoid going if possible. The staff are miserable and slow. They stand in the isle talking ignorantly blocking the way. Some of their attitude as they serve you is shocking. It's like you are an inconvenience to them. Well excuse us for coming to a shop expecting to be served. Not a mistake we will make again if we can help it that's for sure.Being from Scotland also I went in with Scottish Money one day and she wouldn't take money at first then she called someone over the tanoy to check all my notes absolutely embarrassing me holding up the cue. Worse store ever.

I was happy about the products and prices but I was extremely unhappy about the amount of electric shocks I got in there. I was with my 3 year I'd grandson who was in the shopping trolley and every time I touched him we both got electric shocks to the point my grandson started crying and was scared to touch me. This is totally unacceptable and sadly would 100% stop me from shopping in store. This doesn't happen in other shops so definitely an inhouse problem.

Instead of packing the bag as items are scanned and serving the next customer quicker, the employee; made a pile of items on top of the carrier bag I asked for, told me to take my time packing and went back to writing stuff down while there was a queue of people waiting to be served.
