My first time there and I think the portion size was big? Many reviews mention it was small? I could hardly finish mine. I went for the large cod and chips. Price was ok and similar to others in the area. The food itself was nice and fresh the cod steaming. I had a side of mushy peas. Delicious. The seating area nice and clean. Recommend a visit if you're in the area

We ordered a 4 large fish and chips . The Total was around 60 pound. The fish was like 4-5 inch and barely had chips .the taste was terrible

Little expensive for what you get and slow service. Paid £4.80 for the most stingiest of large chips and gravy. Although the photo doesn't look too bad, but what you can see there is what was there, there wasn't loads of chips layered underneath, just one small scoop and the tray seeming very empty compared to other fish and chip places.The service where was also very slow and took about 20 mins to receive this order.Personally would not recommend going to this place.

£3.80 for what they call a large potion of chips more like the smallest potion I've ever seen. 0.50p for a tomato ketchup sachet stolen from burger king and the man servicing today don't get me started he was slow at doing everything. The only nice part was the seating outside apart from that another get rich quick Blackpool promenade food outlet

We had to wait for almost 10 minutes to get served because there was noone inside the store. The chicken we got looked and tasted nothing like what it looks like on the boards. There was water on the floor and leftovers from previous customers on tables. It was a horrendous experience. Would not recommend.

My son asked: What is the one star for ? Because we should have given zero!So we arrive, tables and floors covered with leftover boxes and food ( should have left at that point but I thought perhaps they were short of staff.) Toilets were without any toilet paper or soap. We checked every cubicle. When I asked 3 staff members all said they haven’t got any toilet paper nor soap. Ordered our food, and while we waited I picked up the rubbish from and around a table. Food was very poor quality, chips undercooked, fish batter was drenched in oil and didn’t have any of the crispy batter on it, so we just peeled it off. Seafood: one of the two squid rings were fried so much that it was dark brown and so hard like a piece of stick :(((, two pieces of scampi and two pieces of shrimp plus a small portion of chips for £13.Very disappointing, £52!!!!!!!! experience overall.
