Village Vets

My experience at Village Vets will live with me forever. The stress they caused my dog and ourselves is un forgivable. The charged the premium price for professional care but no professional care was given. The equipment they used was a board not professional equipment. While we were waiting to be see, a man from the Pet Cemetery came to collect someone's beloved pet two nurses were laughing and joking while the animal was been removed, out of order, show a little respect. The veterinary clinic was in a disgusting state. Staff were chatting about their personal plans and offered no support.Anna Fitzgerald.

They are amazing. The staff have always got the time to explain what the best treatment is for your pet. They have been so helpful with our cat,I would highly recommend the village vets practices for all your pets

We and Fudge have been at this practise since we got her.I can without hesitation say they are excellent. On a couple of occasions they have given sound advice and allayed any concerns over the phone. Keep us updated and reminded about treatments needed for fudge and nothing ever seems too much trouble. We genuinely believe they’re passionate about giving good service and not just taking as much money as they can. Highly recommend if you aren’t fully satisfied

We have had Lexie 12 years now and Emma are vet has been excellent treating her. Lexie recently had an eye removed and Emma did the operation herself and cared for Lexie in an exceptional way.I would rate this vetinary centre 100%Yvonne and Suzanne ❤️❤️

Cheska the pom was seen on an emergency basis due to being mauled by a massive dog. The vet was very thorough and our dog was thoroughly checked out I can highly recommend the service from the initial phone call to treatment

Full faith in Village vets to look after My Dog Bertie. He has been going to see then twice a year for 13years .Always friendly and are attentive to all the animals.

My cat was put to sleep age 24 what an amazing staff very supportive and the vet was amazing totally looked after our baby girl.. sleep tight Stella xxx

Very friendly and helpful staff as always. The receptionist Claire was very friendly and patient when I phoned to explain what was wrong with my puppy. She fitted my puppy in for an urgent consult. The vet Zoe was very sweet and friendly and after examining my puppy she put me at ease by explaining the procedure needed and reception talked me through the pet insurance claim process as I have not used pet insurance before. They contacted me when puppy was ready for collection and explained how the procedure went and what to expect and do with puppy over the next few days when I fetched. I felt totally at ease entrusting my puppy to their care. I highly recommend them.

Had to rush my sisters dog to the village vets , he was very ill and thought we wouldn't get him back. He was put on a drip . They kept my sister informed of how he was doing and manged to pull him through.
