bought a chicken breading table, initially delivered with no baskets and the motor was loose... That said they were happy to help and put right their mistake.Sent out a brand new table and took the old (still new but missing parts) one backCould have been 5 start if it wasn't for first table but company seems to look after you so no complaints.Many thanks

Was happy to find a used Buffalo filter coffee machine at a decent price, it arrived fairly quickly but it was quite gross with water still inside the tank and worse still coffee grounds INSIDE the heating tank and these contents had spilled during transport so the inside of the box was soaked and covered with old coffee grounds as was the entire exterior of the machine. Took hours to clean and disinfect the tank which had funghi & mould growing inside.Wasn't worth the saving - I regret not buying a brand new machine from a reputable company.I wouldn't purchase from H2 again.It was definitely a case of pound foolish, penny wise.

Bought a Bain Marie from these via eBay melted some of the components inside unit sent a email with pictures they did get back to saying waiting for manufacturer to get back to them waited for answers but no reply so emailed them again no return email nothing back off them still waiting and this was weeks ago

I bought a brand new griddle and the ignition stopped working after one month. I have contacted them multiple times only to get fobbed off and lied to about them sending a new ignition out. The griddle has 3 ignitions and all have them have stopped working and despite constantly chasing this up the company have left me high and dry!! I have a one year warranty and this should have been addressed after my first call! Awful after sale customer care…I will never order from this company again and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware that once you have received your product you will never get any help if it breaks even if under warranty!

We've ordered consistently with these guys throughout lock down both new and graded equipment.Great team, that have quite simply never let us down. We run a tiny rural bakery and our dough mixer blew up this week. We were able to order a replacement on Monday and have it delivered to our farm in Scotland on Wednesday in plenty of time to mix up the weekend’s dough. Excellent service and great prices. Highly recommended.

I was searching for Dishwasher online as mine broke down and needed a replacement asap, Michelle was very helping and managed to get it sorted on next day delivery. Very quick turnaround so extremely happy with H2. There are a lot of companies out there specially online but if you want a reliable company that you know will deliver on their word look no further.

Ordered a simple glass unit for £180, stated on the invoice and the delivery note strickly curbside delivery however when the unit arrived the delivery courier dragged the unit in scratching a new floor in hallway of hotel. We sent photos over to H2 who we're dealing with it then as the claim got a little tougher they told me I'd have to deal with the courier myself. After going back and forward in all of this they have decided to try and avoid the situation and now tell me that they arent to be responsable for it. Disgusted by the way they have dealt with it all, I'm left to fix the floor. Bad morals and bad company that I wont be using again.
