Met up with friends that where arriving from holiday and came to greggs as it was one of the few places open.We all came down with a mysteriousVomiting bug followed by diarrhoeaWithin four hours after eating here, the only thing in common was that we all had a sausage roll from this outlet.Customer service was pretty useless, l was offered £15 voucher from head office for inconvenience, told them to keep it.I would not recommend eating here if you value your health.

Today I was served by the loveliest young man at Glasgow Airport Greggs. The food was excellent and affordable but the service was even better. It made my airport stopover enjoyable. Thank you

Got a lukewarm sausage roll and a cold meat pie. Asked for them to be heated, nope. What gives Gregg’s? In the display they looked warmed but that wasn’t the case. Unimpressed

Stepped off a delayed flight at midnight. Was delighted to see Greggs was still open. Had wonderful service from a cheery Sohail and great warm festive bakes which we devoured.

Had to give 1 star as you cannot give anything less! Awful place with staff that couldn't care less and at 5pm a food choice that was just not acceptable. You would expect a pie to be warm - not at this dump. AVOID this place.
