I hurt my lower back during lockdown 2.0 and wanted to get an assessment done on the severity of the damage to my back. After an online assessment, Samantha told reassured me that it's nothing too serious and recovery can be made as long as I do the rehab. I got a list of exercises to complete which immediately helped. After coming out of lockodwn 2.0, I went to see Samantha in person and got a treatment when she out my body back into its normal position . After that day, the pain graduaally began to fade and now I am painfree. Can't thank Samantha enough. She also answered all my questions and was available when needed. Currently back to old weightlifting numbers and couldn't be happier.

I came to Samantha with a wrist and forearm injury that I had been training through for many months and was worried I would have to stop lifting to have a chance at letting it recover. Samantha helped me understand the injury better and how to strengthen the muscles around it, whilst helping me adjust my own weightlifting training to accomodate it all. She's helped me get back to my best within a few months and given me a greater understanding of how to recover from injury and pain. I would definitely recommend Samantha as a physio to any athlete looking for help as she understands how to keep you moving and training during rehab.

Samantha has been wonderful! She’s taken me from a broken ankle with minor range of movement to being able to get back under a barbell and lift once again. From the start she has been realistic and supportive with my rehab. Would highly recommend, plus she’s just a lovely person all round! - Go see her!

Samantha really has fantastic knowledge and can work out exactly what’s going on and will give you personalised exercises! She was able to help me resolve my knee issues and get me back on track to lifting. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is having any issues! Also she’s very friendly and will not pressure you into having sessions :)

I've had severe shoulder problems for the last 4 years after an injury whilst weightlifting. I wasn't able to move my arms for some time too and exhausted other options such as cortisone shots to try reduce the pain and regain my mobility back. I tried several different physiotherapists over the years and was seeing little to no progress.I almost gave up on physio but I am so grateful I was recommended Samantha from a friend. I saw her for my physio sessions for less than a year and went from being unable to lift anything with moderate weight to shoulder pressing a barbell! My case definitely wasn't the easiest as I had a multitude of issues which were contributing to my overall pain (inflamed bursa, incredibly tense traps causing my back muscles to be under utilised, poor posture, wrist pain, nerve pain down my arms and so on). Samantha was patient with me and worked out each of these issues one by one and provided me with a range of exercises and stretches to do to fix these, including acupuncture treatment and a personalised home routine to follow till the next session.I can confidently say Samantha is an excellent physiotherapist. I've had other physiotherapists who were providing weekly massages or trying other more standard" shoulder pain exercises which wasn't the right approach for me. Samantha was quick to work out what could be happening with my shoulders and had me pretty much back to normal in less than a year.Thank you so much Samantha!"

I hurt my back really badly in January 2020 right before we went into lockdown and I thought my lifting career was over.I couldn’t put my own socks on because I was in so much pain let alone think about picking up a barbell.Despite having to diagnose me and provide sessions over FaceTime she got me back to full range of movement and eventually onto snatching 80kg which was always a lifetime goal for me.I’m so grateful as I am now completely pain free and able to train as I want.I highly recommend Samantha especially for people who wish to continue sports at a high level. I feel like often healthcare professionals without a background in sports do not understand what it is to tell an athlete they should take time off or give up all together. Samantha never told me to stop and simply helped me work around my injury and got me to my pain free self today.

Samantha is an amazing physiotherapist, providing well structured sessions and a providing a methodological approach to find the underlying problem. I have been provided with an exercise plan to stick to. Samantha's sports massages always hit the spot leaving me feeling nice and limber. Would highly recommend, especially those who compete in sports.

Samantha not only fixed my long-term shoulder problem, but made the injured side stronger than it's ever been. All whilst continuing to lift during my recovery.Previous physios have told me I needed to outright stop all physical activity for a while, or just provided a short-term fix to any injuries.Samantha's treatment allowed me to continue weightlifting at a lower intensity for a while, and she helped me progress the exercises that fixed my issue once I was recovered.10/10 service

Samantha is fab, highly recommended Physio in a great central location near Victoria Station. I came to her with 6-months of significant knee pain which limited my ability to participate in the sports I love. After 6 sessions of her expert care, I am 100% back in action.
