I had a saddler from another company out to look at my existing saddle however it was not fit for purpose and could not be fitted.The saddler directed me to the Saddle Bank and advised suitable saddles and gullet.I purchased a saddle which was delivered the next day with 5 days trial so I needed a saddler quickly.The original saddler could not return as booked up so I contacted Stirlingshire Saddlery.Louise realised my urgency and fitted me in a day later.Louise was very helpful and patient as I know nothing about saddles.The saddle fitted perfectly however the girth was too big.She had the size required with her so job done.What a difference to me and my horse.Thanks to both Leona and Louise for their help & especially to Louise for short notice service.

V excited about new saddle fitting didn't even bother to measure pony, blew off with '17 yrs experience doing this'. Overall not interested vibe. Needless to say within a year a review by a whole of horse professional that brand new saddle was not good fit at all. V disappointing.

Absolutely dusgusted at the lack of interest and help today enquiring about a pony saddle .I have used this company for 30 years for saddles and have honestly never felt so let down .I will never buy another saddle from you and i will be letting all my friends know about this ignorant woman in your shop and to buy elsewhere !!

Loads of saddles for sale, the rest of the stock is disappointing, only one type of travel boots, same with the tail guards, both only in navy, not much in the way of footwear either, ended up not buying anything, a little disappointing
