We could not have wished a for more professional team to deal with our house sale and purchase. We started this process back in August 2020. We had 2 houses fall out, through no fault of Ocean. Karen Lassauzet and her team, Gill and Mya were always extremely helpful, very polite, helpful, sympathetic and most importantly honest and got us to completion last week. They delivered an outstanding performance throughout and we couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I have used Ocean Property Lawyers twice. Once when I purchased an investment property in 2016 and again when I have sold it in 2023. During the sale solicitors in the Portishead branch , Karen and her assistant Claire were very helpful. If I raised a query I would get a reply the same day which was very reassuring during a stressful process. At the end Karen and Claire helped me get the sale over the line on 31st March- a deadline I needed to meet. We had a great experience with Ocean Property Lawyers in 2023. They do convenancing for all properties, not just those sold by their estate agent. The price was competitive and good value for the service we received.Our solicitor was Karen who was fantastic from start to finish. She went out of her way to ensure the process went smoothly, in spite of a major blunder by our mortgage advisor. I think it's safe to say we wouldn't have managed to complete on time without her support.The assistant team were also responsive throughout (special shout out to Emily) and it was always easy to get hold of someone with any questions.I would highly recommend Karen and the Ocean team to anyone purchasing a property!
