Awful company. Sends emails saying that they will deliver about 3-5 days before, So you wait in for 5 days, you then get one saying they will deliver at a certain time, but then they can't locate" your property while you are one of only 6 houses in the road. And the house number is clearly marked. Choose someone else if you can Helplines are a "chatbot" that doesn't work. Zero score."

Every time I’ve had a package delivered by DPD it’s been late.Today paid for a Saturday delivery and guess what another no show.I’ve mainly got to use these as they deliver my phone companies products and to be honest I’ve found them to be as much use as a chocolate teapot.Can’t get in touch and when you do they just fob you off with a cavalier and brusque attitude.Wouldn’t choose to use them Hermes, Fastway or Parcelforce are far better options.

Bad service all round won't be using dpd again no notice either to say it will be a hour really bad service all round and no one answers the fone.

New phone was to arrive today (Friday) and I was told that i had to present ID so needed to be at home so had to take the day off work. I get a text about midday to say the parcel is delayed due to unexpected issues in my area, however when I go to DPD online and check for issues in my area, none appear. When I ring the depo, i'm told that the parcel never even reached Northern Ireland!!! How could they not of know this sooner in the day so I could of went to work? Now i'm told it will be Tuesday before it arrives!!! not the first time DPD have let me down a bag full.

DPD is the worst courier company I have ever used. I searched my package online, showing that he was not at home twice when he delivered it. The funny thing was that I didn't go to work in those two days, and no one came to send the courier. And I did not receive the courier card, or SMS or phone call. And I tracked my courier and showed that I have returned to the mailing center because of the delivery failure. Later I tried to call the staff of their company and they told me that I would send it to me the next day. And I was like an idiot, waiting for a day at home, but still did not receive my parcel. And my parcel has been mailed for more than ten days, and it has delayed me very important things.

I've never wasted as much of my time as I have waiting for DPD to deliver my parcel. Communication is non existent. The driver who was supposed to deliver the parcel must have been unfamiliar with this part of the world. I.e. Ireland/Northern Ireland. They sent my parcel back to it's source even though an email I received said they'd leave it with a neighbour. In an age of Mobile phones, I would have thought someone would have given me a call.

Absolutely shocking service as always, forever losing parcels and delivering to the wrong address, how you can deliver a BT48 parcel to a BT47 area is a joke open your eyes DPD AND DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY!!They also love to throw out a good threat over the phone now and again, boycott.

DPD are a complete joke they can't even follow their own policy and contact you 1 hour before delivery so that you will be there for pick-up. The Derry branch N. Ireland tells you in the morning that they will not be delivering that day yet low and behold they attempt delivery the same afternoon. No collaboration totally unprofessional and rude. 7 times they did this LOL

Waited in for parcel to be collected. No show. Text to say then driver called and no one was available which is untrue. Claims a card was left to this effect which is also untrue. Only giving one star because it is not possible to give zero but that's how I rate this service.
