This is how buying a car should be. Great communications, did a video viewing (due to Covid restrictions)over WhatsApp, every question I had was answered fully. No attempts to hide any issues with the car - if anything, I think they overplayed the minor cosmetic issues that one would expect in a 10 year old car. Easy, smooth buying process and the car was delivered to me as agreed, I took a test drive and was very happy. I will certainly buy my next vehicle from Car Connections, and you should too. We are over an hour away but spotted Car Connections had the perfect family car for us, so we booked to view over the phone the next day. We test drove the car which looked and felt great to drive, it was a winner! They agreed to put a 12 month MOT and service on the car. On top of that, the car came with a 6 month warranty, which is rare to find as most dealers only offer 30 days free! As we live quite a distance from the showroom, Car Connections offered to deliver the car to us. The car arrived on time and was valeted throughout. What a brilliant and top class service this company provides. Right from the get go Richard provided a personal and attentive service, delivering me my new car within days of first enquiring. Offering a 6 month warranty on the vehicle which when a minor issue developed on the car, I had to utilise. Richard ensured that my car was collected, repaired and returned within 4 days whilst also making sure I was not without a vehicle for that period. Very untrustworthy!I travel almost an hour and a half for no one to turn up. He apologised and said he will cover my fuel for the travel to which a week and a half later he still hasn’t paid.When he rebooked another viewing he didn’t show up to that one either! Messaging me an hour before he was meant to show, saying there’s a problem with the car at the refurb place even though prior to that he told me he’s taking the wheels off and sending them there? Getting himself confused with the lies he’s already told.After not turning up saying the car has problems I then contacted from another phone asking about viewing the vehicle , he replied saying sure you can view the car next week I’m just getting the wheels refurbed… Absolute liar!Don’t trust a word they say to you. Very unprofessional and extremely unorganised.
