Popped into this shop Friday afternoon and spoke to a really helpful chat who gave us a lot of his time without any pushiness or hard sell. Decided on a mattress and it was delivered free the next day. Cannot ask for more than that! If you want to find a local business to support I highly recommend both the customer service and quality of the mattress.

Staff very helpful. Was delivered as promised and was very impressed as I got to the shop as guys were loading up and they delivered that day . Slept on my eco ice mattress last night and had very good night's sleep. So pleased.

An update on my earlier review - having been let down on delivery dates by their supplier, Elite lent us an equivalent bed and dealt with the whole issue in a highly efficient, friendly way which produced a stress free result. Lots if help & advice, no pushy sales.The delivery guys are absolutely lovely with a great sense of humour.A proper company who give fantastic customer service. Beds are delivered, unpacked & installed. You are then asked to inspect to ensure you are happy with the product.Any issues are dealt with quickly & resolved.Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
