Decided to give Andy a try as was begining to lose a little faith in dealership and was after a trustworthy service.Very happy with service Andy provided, took time to explain everything done, things to look out for in the future and overall seemed very thorough and have much more confidence in my bike now.On top of it all was kept on road with a bike andy provided to keep my commute smooth as bike needed for a few days to perform a winter clean and big service.Very happy.

Excellent service from Andy and the crew this week. Very helpful feedback after working on my bike. Nice to know there's a loan bike service for any future time I need anything doing. Prices are sensible and the work is done promptly. Glad to be supporting a small independent outfit for once!

The little details that make all the difference. Parts ordering can be slow, but anyone that knows bikes knows genuine parts are a pain to order so not really the fault of Galloway Motorcycles. Service good and attention to detail is even better. Would be nice if they had more courtesy bikes mind. Would be good to be able to manage the servicing around work hours. Happy to pay a little for this as it would be more convenient. Will use again and again and again.

Andy performed an annual service including brake and coolant changes & MOT just before Christmas on my Yamaha Tracer. On collection, Andy went through a list of items including tyre pressures, tread depth, brake pads which demonstrated that these items had been checked and noted.Noticed on subsequent rides since the service, minor adjustments had been made to the bike which have improved the ride. All in all, a very good service experience and I would definitely recommend Andy..

Highly recommended. I recently took my Cb500 in for MOT and service and i left with an MOT and service, a clean bike, loads of other little bits tweaked and fixed and some further knowledge about how to look after my bike myself, and smiling. Just the perfect, honest, no stress experience from a garage that treats your bike, no matter what it is, like its their own bike. Top job, top garage, happy customer. Thank you. (Still need to pop in to get book stamped...:D)

Absolutely fantastic service. I’ve got a couple of bikes that are well looked after by Galloway motorcycles. Great advice on parts recommended for the problem and all fitted and fixed professionally. Nothing is missed. The yearly or intermediate service is done to a high standard, plus any work I’ve needed from top to bottom on the bike these guys can do it and sort it. There is nothing they can’t do. I can’t recommend them enough to people but when they have used them they can see why we come back to them time and time again.

A little gem of a motorcycle garage! Had a new front tyre today and Andrew (the owner) kindly gave the bike a complete check over for me also (as I had recently bought it privately second-hand). Both the owner and second mechanic were really friendly and made me feel very welcome, super quick work and the prices were very good value for money too. I can recommend very highly and will be returning for all my motorcycle servicing in the future. So great to see that these customer service focused companies still exist. Thank you Andrew, top man.

It was a pleasure to see someone taking care & pride in there work. the service was excellent. It was nice & reassuring to see Andy taking so much care of my bike when working on it even when finished he polished & cleaned the wheels for me before handing them back. was really impressed with Andy's setup he workshop so clean tidy & well equipped. will certainly be using andy in future for all my bike requirements.
