Timeless Care Service

I have worked for Timeless Care for 7 months now and in that time I have received constant support from Management and the other carers I work with which is a very nice experience to receive. It is very nice to have people like Santosh and Kerry who are there to give support whether it be personal or work, so I know if ever I have a problem I can go to them and they are there to help me. I would definitely recommend Timeless Care to anybody to either come and work with or receive care packages from as we have some of the most loveliest clients.

I think my Dad was one of Timeless Care Services first clients. Santosh and Kerry have been amazing from the start and as the company has grown they have employed competent and caring staff. I can not fault the care they give to my dad, who is 94 and couldn’t live at home without their support. Nothing is to much trouble for them. They have been very professional during COVID-19 and have taken extra precautions to safeguard their staff and clients. I have nothing but praise and would recommend them to anyone wanting care in the home.

Timeless Care Services are the best home care company in the area, having used previous local businesses I can highly recommend them. The level of care and support given to Mary is high, helping with cleaning and shopping on a weekly basis. We have been with Timeless Care Services for two years now they provide 83 hours per week for my Daughter. The carers they provide are all very professional, well trained and very clued up on my daughters illness, they are all extremely kind, considerate and caring, they not only provide an excellentquality of care but provide my family with emotional support too which is important to us and very much appreciated. My mother is and always has been an independently spirited woman who takes a view on all sorts of topics and enjoys a chat. Introducing a team of support workers to Mum was a worry for me as she has always been so used to running her own show. With Timeless Care I discovered there had been little if anything to worry about. From the very first meeting with Tally to the start of support from a small, dedicated team of professional care staff the whole focus has been upon tailoring the style and pace of support to the needs of Mum as a unique individual. I have been impressed with the warmth and genuine interest shown by the team in Mum as a person and hugely relieved by the level of continuity of staff who support her on a daily basis. Being able to get to know and become comfortable with just a handful of competent and experienced team members has been a huge factor in the success of the early days. I appreciate the detail of the visit notes, the open and regular communication from the coordinating team and the visible commitment from every Timeless Care employee to doing what they do as well as they can do it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I am one of timesless cares careers, i have worked for the company for over a year now when starting my job i was supported right from the get go, making sure I was ready and 100% confident visiting our clients, this was done with all up to date training, also shadowing calls with the other fantastic careers we have so i knew exactly how our clients liked things done and the all there needs were met to a high standard. I was very nervous about starting a new career as this job holds a enormous amount of responsibility but the support I had from kerry and santosh (owners) was amazing, weather it was a personal issue or work related it put me at ease knowing i had such a great support system just at the end of the phone, timesless care services comes highly recommended from me us as a team love what we do and nothing is to much to ask from us, we treat all clients like they are our family and provide the care we would expect to be given to our lived ones. We have had the pleasure of using Timeless Care Services, their team, in particular Syeria were of most help during my father's last few months while he was unfortunately battling pancreatic cancer. Their empathy and professionalism is next to none and I cannot recommend them enough.
