We hired Rob to provide one of his beautiful traditional marquees (and accessories) for our wedding, and paid the deposit over a year in advance. At this stage he provided a brilliant service - he was really communicative, friendly and helpful in quoting and answering our questions. With about 6 weeks to go before the wedding, Rob emailed to say that the marquee had ‘burned down’, so he wouldn’t be able to provide it. He vaguely offered to help us find an alternative marquee provider but then became extremely uncommunicative, ignoring multiple emails and texts. With weeks to go before the wedding we were incredibly stressed, and Rob’s bizarre and sporadic communication made things worse. Ultimately we decided we had to ask for our deposit back and go for a completely different supplier who was much better. Overall - unreliable, would not recommend for anything important!!

What a fabulous, efficient and professional team. We hired a Capri marquee for my 40th it was absolutely perfect. Put up the day before & taken down a couple of days after giving us time to decorate and clean down after. We also hired some tables, and the bar which was a fabulous addition to the decor and party atmosphere. Would definitely hire from The Oxford Tent Company again. Thank you Rob & Team.

Oxford Tent Companys Marquees supplied the marquee for my wedding in August 2022 and I couldn't recommend their services enough! Rob was very helpful with any queries I had and the team who looked after the set up and take down were so friendly and efficient. The marquee was exactly what we were after and was very reasonably priced!
