Rubbish health service in Uk even though I’m private patient but no actual service is ever provided. Dr sameera is such a rubbish , doesn’t even know to take out simple infected tooth and cut the bridge. She is only interested in listening songs and doesn’t even know how to start the machine. All her hair were splashing on my face. Such rubbish. I had to go back to my homeland for just tooth extraction and done implant from there.They only give you appointment for consultation after consultation but no actual service. No relief from pain you are carrying in your mouth for ages. Rubbish system. Junior dentists don’t know what to do except referring you to senior dentists and seniors will drag you for months just for consultations.

Amazing place. Have just recently had two dental implants that was carried out by Mr. Mitha. I expected to have pain, having watched the procedure on youtube, but no, nothing. The whole process took just over six months and no pain at all. Very pleased with the care and treatment Mr. Mitha gave me. Perfect in every way.

I had four front teeth removed and a denture fitted. I can't praise the staff enough for their attention, reassurance and support through the whole process. Dr Kulsum was amazing and I can't thank her and the team enough! I finally feel confident when I smile!

I’ve changed dentists at least 5 times over the last 10 years due to moving areas and I went for my first check up with Nicholas Potter who honestly has been the best dentist I’ve seen.He’s pointed out some minor issues with my teeth which aren’t urgent but he took the time to explain the potential issues in the future, which make perfect sense.I can’t believe no one pointed them out to before as they are blantantly obvious (receding gum on one of my canines which is not far from the root!) and the back my incisors (front teeth) are concave so he recommended filling them in to prevent build up.I’ve always been wary of dentists recommending work thinking they are in it for the money but he put no pressure on at all, and because he took the time to explain clearly I’m not concerned for the time being but will definitely be coming back to have the work done at some point.

Recently had a Hygienist appointment, I needed 2 because I hadn't had a Hygienist appointment for a long time it was my first at this practice. Had Nicola who was amazing and even though I've been to this practice for a few years I hated the the thought of having my teeth de-scaled and polished. I told Nicola of my anxiety and she was so lovely, I never felt anything, she kept stopping and asking if I was ok.So now I'm going to have 2 Hygienist appointments every year, my teeth looked so much brighter ( don't smoke but drink a lot of tea)I'm having the Zoom whitening in 2 weeks time here by the Dentist so seeing the Hygienist was good before the whitening. Nicola was absolutely amazing and are all the staff, reception staff are so friendly and helpful.

Have been attending this practice since 2016. Always sound professional advice and care for prevention and treatment of dental problems. Easy to get emergency appointment and regular follow ups. Am an NHS patient.

Fantastic experience. I had a crown fitted and a filling. The service was excellent and I experienced no pain whatsoever.

This was my first time at this practice and was hoping to get my teeth checked, as I haven’t done so in a while after moving up to Bolton.Prior to the appointment, I rang them to confirm that my appointment was still going forward and they confirmed that it was. They then asked me if I could come in 10 minutes earlier for my appointment, which I did. Only for me to be called into my appointment nearly 20 minutes later with no explanation. I’m sure that if I had arrived 20 minutes late I likely wouldn’t still be able to have my appointment. No one gave me a reason why either, but I did mention it to reception.As this is a paid service, I was hoping for a better experience. I wonder this this is a common thing at this practice.But, would like to point out that the staff at reception were lovely.

Had a appointment to have a front tooth removal today, i was very nervous before going in to see Samira Mohamed and Vicky. They explained everything and it was so easy and pain free. Thank you ladies so professional
