I very rarely leave Google reviews, but was so impressed by the customer service from Bedzz I'll make an exception!I bought a new king size mattress from Bedzz at an excellent price, and was expecting some storage marks etc that would justify the low price. Instead it arrived in perfect condition, as far as I can tell.I bought it without viewing or testing previously, so was a little nervous as it was a significant investment despite the great price, but there was nothing to worry about, all was exactly as described.Delivery was fast, friendly and reasonably priced.Great local business, highly recommended

Picked up 8 beds as needed to host people for accommodation. I am extremely pleased with the hotel standard. Immaculate, brand new, must be ex display as I cannot believe what a great value price for top quality matresses and divan bases. I havd slept on all to try them out and they are superb.Fantastic service from Malcolm. He delivered to Saltash and i have now ordered more. He gets back to my wife on Facebook out of office hours when she messages and we need this as we now luve up north.This has been crucial for us and we highly recommend the stock and service at Bedz. Thank you guys!

If only I could put less.We were sold a bed that was meant to be undamaged, not dirty and not smelly. The bed was delivered with mould on the headboard, broken legs and a mattress that stunk, was filthy and had black hair all over. When trying to contact to get the bed returned for a refund, they ignored our messages, calls and emails. Now we are stuck with a disgusting bed and mattress and £200 out of pocket. Don't go near this place, they can't be trusted and will provide horrid customer service. Disgusting.

As per previous one star review we were sold a supposed brand new mattress. Upon delivery it was still wrapped up and of course we did not think to open it as assured it was brand new upon sale. Opened packaging and mattress filthy, on contact admitted all their stock is used/x display but would not explain why we had been misled. Refused to give refund only offered for it to be cleaned which we did not want. Am now taking this further
