Didn't know what to expect when visiting and have only given a 2 star as it wasn't what I was expecting. I would say don't be put off as we all like different things. Bee prepared for limited parking.

Its huge and some will enjoy that, but for too big so didn't want to look everywhere. That said, seems like a good place for affordable, quality menswear

Lift has been down for weeks, I understand why (the flooding), but as a person with mobility issues, you can't access any of the shops without it. It might take time to repair, but it should be done by now.

Does not look much from the outside, but inside there are a number of departments on different floors with cloths, furniture and antique, as well as a cafe.Large selection of men’s and women’s clothing both casual and formal/business at good prices. More choice than most chain shops and some department stores. Staff friendly and helpful. Car park is not large and can get busy. Lift was not working when I was there but told was a temporary issue.

Great service and amazing price. Bought my son a suit for his graduation. Not the easiest person to buy for at 6'7 but they managed to sort him out. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely suit and matching tie for a stunning price. Thank you."

NB. At the moment 061224 the lift is out of action due to flooding. Please check before attending... .. If you have wondered where all the ladies and gentlemen's clothing shops have gone. They are here along with lots of other parts of a department store. Plus a whole upper floor of antiques. There are lifts but some of the flooring is uneven. Toilets and cafes on site.

So much to see, we needed a minimum of 3 hrs + lunch. 3 large rooms of antiques /vintage, 2 floors of new clothing with many of the top labels represented. Wheelchair very friendly, lifts and ramps.

I come here often with my family fir a look around and for the lovely little cafe, I was walking around with my family after choosing a bag for my sister for her birthday, I was carrying it with me while we continued to look around the floor. I noticed a worker had gone and stood by the door and was watching me. Eventually she came over to me and said excuse me can I take that and I'll keep it behind the till and I laughed and said I wasn't going to steal it and she didn't say anything and took the bag from my hand and put it behind the counter. I was really dissapointed and can't say I'd be in a rush to go back and it's such a shame.

Went for breakfast. Looked nice, but found it was very greasy. Won't be going again. Parking is a real issue unless you're going early.
