Evri, Carlisle Depot

I rang regarding a delivery. It took 3 days for them to look into my parcel. By this time the parcel had been delivered and the local driver got in issues due to this as they thought my parcel was potentially stolen. All automated systems with no one to speak to, issues like this happen as no clear line of communication. Parcel delivered by our local driver who always does a great job. Disgusting

On the tracking it stated delivery would be attempted between 9.30 - 11.30...no such thing...never happened....plus I got notification of the delivery times at 11 am...the whole system us rubbish...worst delivery company in UK as far as I'm concerned...we live in hope....Amazon is far far better plus its possible to track their transport.

Hermes delivered my parcel and sent photo as proof of delivery. That photo was not taken at my property. Hermes help line is totally unfit to deal with this problem. After taking the tracking number they show the photo as proof of delivery. There is no facility to discuss the fact that that my parcel has not been delivered to me. Shockingly poor.

I would rather give no point in the past 2 months i have purchased 5 items from different sellers on ebay all used Hermes as delivery service what a disaster out of 5 online purchases i only received one and that was last week now again im having to stay in another day for something that may not even come. . As im waiting on yet another parcel that was meant to be here 5 days ago tracker says with courier. Shocking company im making an official complaint to ebay and each seller about using Hermes in correspondence sellers are saying they are fed up with this company to as they are getting bad reviews because of Hermes and often have to refund foor undelivered items.

Awful! Awful! Awful! Waiting for a delivery and I get an email saying they have attempted to deliver but no one was available to receive the package which is completely untrue!! Tried calling the depot and was told by an automated response that my package will come on the next working day which is no good as it contains a birthday gift for today, I paid for next day delivery for this reason! Absolutely furious and it's not the first time it's happened either!

It would be wonderful to speak to a human rather than a machine that just takes you round and round in circles going nowhere. Fuming.

Rang up the depot to be told my parcel might be out for delivery but the can't check as the drivers scanner isn't working so none of his parcels have been logged.This was after I was told the driver was a usual one and really reliable but once I mentioned our usual driver comes much earlier in the day they admitted that it's actually a temporary driver filling in so it really hard to trust what I've been told especially since I haven't actually been told anything.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Failed to collect the package yet its showing as being collected, which it definitely hasnt - its still in my hallway. Contacting automated help was as good as useless, ive had no contact from evri to explain why the package wasnt collected. I asked automated help to arrange a refund - which hasnt been received. Evri are a disgrace. Ive now arranged a collection and delivery via Royal Mail, which was cheaper and will be 100% more reliable. Evri should be ashamed of the service they offer.

Actually my rating is 0.1 stars. Obviously I am not saying something new. Could not be more disappointed by a delivery service provider. This company seems like a bad joke. DO NOT even think of using it! Are they really trying to do everything wrong? If I had the option from Amazon to pay to avoid using Hermes I 'd happily do that.It's the 2nd time out of 2 that my parcel is not delivered. I was in the whole day, the delivery person didn't even bother to knock on the door and was clearly lying that no one was home. No one ever tried to give me a call to ask for instructions in case they had any issues finding me. There is absolutely no customer service (literally you can only speak to a robot that gives useless standard answers) and there is no contact numberAgain, DO NOT use it!

Absolutely useless. Attempted to deliver to 2 different WRONG addresses, and even at one of them handed the parcel to the person and marked as delivered.... In a completely different postcode. The drivers can't get a thing right. But what do you expect when the company is run by the incompetent.
