Manchester Credit Union

Went into the Wythenshawe branch to reopen an old account not used since around 2017. Got refused a small loan, the lady who dealt with me was the one who put 400 pounds into an old bank account not used since 2014 even though I was using NAT WEST for my banking with this credit union in 2017. So they never admitted responsibility yet I never once missed any payments and never owed the credit union any funds paid all my loans up. So why was I refused they owed me 400 pounds nothing done about this.
