The institute is a very popular place with the locals. There are a variety of activities that take place through out the year. It is certainly well worth a visit.

Hornby Village Institute
A delightful building which is tastefully decorated and which caters well for disabled visitors by having disabled toilet, ramp to some raised ground floor areas and a lift to first floor rooms. It has a very comfortable front lounge, large hall with stage, lots of rooms upstairs too, and even a bar area. It's very cosy and inviting too.

Its excellent place, there do quiz nite, coffee mornings, book fairs, jumble, sales, parties, weddings, etc etc

Very friendly, popped in for a coffee, met lots of lovely ladies who welcomed us. If your ever passing I'd stop. There are also other services like a baby morning. Check their page for details.
