We were really happy with Nigel and his team. For various reasons beyond their control, my mum's house was nearly sold three times over 19 months and Bradley Hall were always attentive. In the end they were instrumental in getting the exchange and completion over the line in a long house chain. Very pleased.

I didn't want to leave 1 star as Bradley Hall might have reasons as to my feedback. Firstly, I wanted to view a property but was told that the seller was old and overwhelmed with viewings and they did not want any further viewings because of this, and they were contemplating 2 offers. I got in touch with a matual friend who spoke with the seller and they were more than happy to let us view the property independently. The seller also advised us that it was going to sealed bids from the advice of the estate agents. I will be interested to see who wins, I don't want to make any allegations!!!

Sold my house last year through Bradley hall in less then 24 hours of being on the market.Also used them for the mortgage on my new property, I was swaying towards a 2 year fixed but after a long chat with Arif he convinced me to secure a 5year which in current climate looks to have been the best thing I could do.Definitely would use again.

Absolutely useless. To be fair they were not our agents. We bought from them. But Nigel was awful. Failed to keep us as the buyers in the loop. Hung up and refused to talk to our estate agents !!!I have never met someone with such little professional competence. However this was reflected throughout the agency , who couldn’t even get the lies right.Shockingly bad.

We recently sold our house with Bradley Hall and the service was exceptional from start to finish. We needed to complete the deal in a short timeframe to achieve a substantial SDLT saving. Both Nigel and Kathryn were proactive throughout and the deal would not have completed in time if it were not for their efforts. They did not forget about the deal after the sale was agreed - they made the happen!

It was really nice working with Kathryn and all of the Bradley Hall staff. We were buying a house in Morpeth, and the sellers used BH as their realtors. We were coming from the states and therefore didn’t know much about buying a house in England. Even though Kathryn was the sellers agent, she always answered all of my questions and (many) concerns! She was always professional, and got back to me in a timely manner. After a long 3 months, we got there! Thank you Kathryn and BH for your help in making it happen!!

Excellent estate agent who know their market. Nigel and Kathryn provided a high quality and supportive service right from the start. When things got a bit fraught Kathryn was always on the end of the phone with her calm good sense. They helped smooth the way during a stressful time. If only everyone we’d dealt with during the whole process had been as responsive as Bradley Hall things would have been much easier.

Really impressed with the whole team.Promotional photos of our house were hugely professional, Rebecca, Dawn and Nigel were friendly, efficient and effective.House went on the market just as we left for a holiday, Bradley Hall showed a number of people around in the following week and we accepted one of the multiple offers ten days into our time away!A slow process from then on but Nigel and the team were always available to provide updates.Grateful!
