The engineer (Oliver) who repaired our oven was brilliant. We managed to get an appointment quickly, he repaired our oven & grill for a reasonable amount he observed all of the necessary safety precautions for COVID19 and really got us out of a hole. I would not hesitate to recommend him and the company

The oven doctor had correctly diagnosed the problem and came armed with the correct part, fitted within minutes. Brilliant fast and friendly service. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Never known such appalling customer service. Paid over £350 for an oven part and they refused to keep us informed in any sense. When challenged on it by my partner, he was rude. When I later challenged him for being so rude to her, he blamed her for having an attitude - ridiculous under the circumstances! Even after every attempt was made to open lines of communication, bearing in mind their 2-4 week suggested time period came and went, then doubled, then trebled, all I got was my last 4 emails ignored over a 6 week period. Treated like an inconvenience, rather than a valued customer who was in need and had paid good money for nothing, ultimately. After initially saying we couldn't get a refund, despite no sign of what we'd paid for, we ultimately got our money back. Not that we wanted it back, we wanted what we paid for! Over 3 months on, we're back to square one. Their defence was difficulties obtaining the part; that's understandable, but zero excuse for refusing to offer any updates. At the end, no apologies for the lack of service. Thanks for nothing but irritation!

Chose this company originally because they were local to where we live. They were excellent. We had our first visit a day after we phoned. Oliver arrived on time. Our cooker was a discontinued line, but he managed to find another cooker with the same oven door, so could find the parts we needed. He gave us a very decent quote and set up a visit to replace the parts just a few days later, when he also arrived on time and quickly completed the job. Our many thanks to Doc Oliver! Andy & Sue would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I have a Bell double over and I have had it over 20 years and now I have had my 3 hobs repaired it good as new. I'm so pleased with the job.

Fantastic all around service. Very quick response to initial contact. Arrived same day to diagnose problem and after agreeing price for new parts and repair arranged next appointment to complete. Engineer (Ollie) again arrived as arranged and repaired with new parts. Highly recommended.

Efficient - arrived at agreed time and provided fixed price quote for cooker repair. Returned as agreed and fixed the problem. Fair price to visit and assess fault and provide a quote. Engineer (Ollie) knowledgeable , friendly and informative. Cooker fixed and still working. Service as it should be!

Very good, friendly service. Fan oven element broke, so booked someone to come over and check it out. Unfortunately it needed a part which they needed to order. Once it came in (a few days later) of their engineers came over and replaced it.Very good Covid precautions taken also, which was reassuring as we have a family member who is shielding.

Booked a callout a week in advance. I was told that I would receive a phone call before 12 on the day to arrange a two hour window for the afternoon. No call was received. When I called at 1 to see what was happening no answer. Called again throughout the afternoon still no answer and no one arrived to look at our oven. When I finally got through to someone the next day I was told that they would call the engineer to find out what had happened and then get back to me within 5 minutes. When I called back 30 minutes later, after no call, I was told that the engineer would be calling me as soon as he had finished the job he was working. When I called back an hour later they put the phone down on me and then refused to pick up the phone. So rude and will be taking our custom elsewhere.
