Complete waste of time, had to phone them for a MOT when I was 60, got put on tablets for high cholesterol 4.5 years ago, stuck on them as no follow up from doctor, just had a txt from gp surgery to say cpcs referral for a abpm due to high blood pressure even tho ive not had my blood pressure taken for 4.5 years. Phoned up to check if hoax and after waiting in the queue was told CPCS was working along side the surgery, so asked again who CPCS was and she didn't seem to know even though she acknowledged she knew who they are? Confused now,

Makes sure you ring between 6-12 months in advance of being unwell, you may stand a chance of seeing a doctor then. It's not that they are busy, it's simply because they are not there. When you call up chances are you will be number 47 in the queue, once you eventually get to speak to someone you are then expected to give your full and personal medical history and background to someone who has no business knowing such things. Upon then giving them all this information, they then decide if you a worthy of maybe being put on a call back list, nevermind actually seeing a doctor. This practice needs closing down! it's a drain on national financial resources and is not fit for purpose!

if i could give a minus 5 i would. received a phonecall from pharmacy saying they couldnt deliver my moms medication as she had to have a review. phoned these next available appoint a week after her meds are due. They are only to prevent another stroke. Clowns kept saying no appointments sorry. harping on about proceedure when yr trying to explain the urgency! we been sending text messages since feb well dur if your patient isnt responding they aint getting them are they! funny an appointment is suddenly cancelled and then suddenly available as u start threatening to sue great timing that is! owe want to make a complaint again phone bk as manager or doctors are in! i have lost count of the amount of times ive been sat in the waiting area and heard that line disgrace of a practise that has got worse worse and i know ive been a patient for over 30 years!!!!!!

Doctors & other staff are great. I receive an excellent service .Many happy patients don't bother to express their satisfaction which they should.

Call back at 8:30am to book an appointment for the same day"It's taken me 189 calls to book an appointment on the same day. Surely there could be a queue rather than the line showing up as busy.Otherwise

they should have more permanent doctors, locum drs are scared to treat you as they are not allowed other than giving you oral treatment by saying do this do that. it was a best surgery but not any more. receptionist are so rude and unfriendly.

What an absolutely DISGRACEFUL surgery. I am disappointed in the service I received from the GP, Dr, A S Sahajpal. First of all, it is very difficult to get an appointment. I was surprised they even answered my telephone call at all. When I eventually got my medical advice from Dr Sahajpal, he was extremely rude when I asked him to repeat it again and said that I had already spoken to 111 twice and he’s said the same message like a parrot. I told him I was extremely anxious about my worsening health and he advised me to book another appointment with another GP for a second opinion. I was horrified to be spoken to in such a way. Anyone would have thought I offended his mother by simply asking to do his job and reassure me. If you want top quality service from a GP that cares for its patients, then I suggest you go elsewhere as I certainly will be doing.

AVOID dread calling. To finally get through to very RUDE receptionists who think they are doctors. A MAJOR problem is thatReferals are not sent or sent late. Receptionists lie about no blood test appointments available but when you do finally get one the nurses tell you there are appointments available. Receptionists pick and choose who gets appointments and are so unhelpful. This makes you feel even more poorly. You have to explain WHY you are calling. The only good thing about this surgery are the fantastic nurses. If you work little or no chance of getting an appointment.Something seriously needs to change. And retraining on how to talk to patients after all we are calling because we are unwell.Thouroughly depressing experience. DISGRACE to Nhs..
