Vital Recruitment

I've had the worst expierence ever in this agency. I was transfered to work at a new factory and there was a girl which was very aggresive towards people that disagree with her bullying others. She was bullying a guy, he is a bit slow and weird but he is harmless and just a casual worker. I did not approve it and didn't go into any conversations with her, I just sort of avoided her and didn't want to have anything to do with her. She started bullying me and I didn't just take it, it became so aggresive she started threatening me, she even said she is going to smash the guy's teeth into pieces if he compains about her. Short story long, I couldn't deal with it anymore and talked about the situation in the factory and also in Vital recruitment office. They did nothing. The guy was so scared to make any trouble for himself that he said he has no complains, the other people kept silent too, because she already made a few friends. Accused me of smoking which is permitted in the factory area, which I had never done while working there. All my breaks I've spend with people, and Vital didn't even look into it. Because she was given coordinator position, she played her part very well and I was thrown out of the factory. There are also cameras around the factory, which they could've checked if Vital cared enough. I was also not informed about anything that happened after I complained, they just called me and said there are no place for people at that factory, that they are sending people home. Tho, I've met a few workers I worked with and they told me that Vital even brought new people to the factory, and the girl is still working there.Terrible agency, buses are always late, sometines people need to wait up to 4 hours for it after long shifts, the girls at the reception are usually arogant. They are not bad for new people tho, but after a month you see how things are really done over there. Would not recommend it to anyone, I am myself switching to a new agency as soon as possible.

I worked there for 3 years but will never go again .

Staff can be irritating sometimes but worked there for some time and didn't experience nothing bad to say it was worthless or bad experience.

It's horrible... people are very rude to you and treat you horribly. They are only nice to you when you're signing up after that they treat you like a number. They only call you when they need you to work not when you're available.

Horrible view to employees, agency workers think themselves of a higher ground and do not care. Dont even bother going to this agency, you will lose valuable time and will feel grounded. I wish this companu bankrupt only.

Some terible people are working here that should not be able to have this job treating people like animals.Change the personel working in there pleaseI cant even get a job because agency asistants are not willing to help making me wait for a mounth promising to call back and not calling at all that is discusting.I wish these people to be in my place

15 years work there

I've had the pleasure of calling couple of Vital agency offices only to discover how rude, unprofessional and arrogant the office employees are. The way you are treated is unacceptable and I advise people to stay away from this employer, unless you want to be treat like a piece of dirt.

I got a phone call about a job working around busy adults helping children get into taxis early hours in the morning making sure they get to school on time. I was extremely confused by this as I hadn’t even applied for this job. I was also told it would be Monday to Thursday position which I didn’t want. Then all of a sudden the woman on the phone told me I would be working on line and I apparently I had attended an induction when I never did. t this point I was really perplexed by what job they were offering me. Of once did I say I didn’t want the job the woman said I can pick my own days. I said if I can pick my own days I will take the job considering I need part time work. At this point she then randomly said “well you seem like you’re busy today if you don’t want the job just tell me and I won’t bother calling anymore when I never declined the job. I was just trying to get my head around what job I would be doing and choose my working days. Extremely rude and unprofessional. No idea how she even got her job in the first place. I was so frustrated in the end with my experience I hung up abruptly.
