Went here as a driver to deliver as a sub contractor taking in old fridges and freezers. Guy at the weigh bridge was lovely but from their it went rapidly down hill. The yard is a mess and like the rest of the depot is a health hazard..was kept waiting for an eternity and when finally inside to tip it was stop start all the way through. Finally after being tipped was expected to get out my truck inside the building to fasten my curtains while the fork lifts were still moving round really close. Unfortunately the guy I was dealing with couldn't speak English so didn't understand that it's not safe. HSE should really be investigating this place. Avoid if possible.

This whole place seems to be like let's not bother. No one seems bothered to get on and do the job in hand or indeed any job Im constantly here for hours on end waiting to be unloaded. I'd give no stars if I could I'd hate to work here.

They are good...but it's not quite Carling Very dirty place to work

Sold me a broken dishwasher, told me it would take a month to get an engineer to look at the unit. When I asked for a refund and compensation to cover the cost of the plumber who plumbed in a useless unit they refused to offer the compensation. Obviously each unit they claim to test is NOT actually tested. Untrustworthy company who don't care about their customers

start business with Environcom in July 2017 with Martin excellent man but as soon he left problem start with counting numbers of items leads to me I'm liar and end up in Aug 2020 with losing £1100. feel free contact me I got all proof.

Health and safety nightmare roof leaks water and it runs down the electrics , forklift tyres worn to the extent they are dangerous, staff always have to make the place safe before a health and safety visit and staff have to work amongst rats that often enter the warehouse. Avoid at all costs .

Environcom are a dysfunctional and disorganised company.Our first order arrived on 07/11/18.We have had no end of issues since then.The Andyfreight driver who delivered our first order hadn't been told by Environcom that he needed a pump truck so one of our engineers had to help him unload all the appliances(some double stacked)from his truck.As I stated to Environcom;it was lucky we had an engineer there otherwise we wouldn't have had our appliances.I understand that Environcom were at fault (they accepted fault)however there was no need for the delivery driver to be such an arrogant person towards us when we hadn't done anything wrong.Needless to say;I told Environcom not to send that delivery driver again.One of the first ovens we purchased from them had a faulty fan motor(I can't see how the oven was tested before being sent to us?)so I rang/emailed Peter on 28/11/18 to inform him.I gave him the make&model of the oven and the part number of the fan motor that they needed to send to us to replace the one we were fitting the following day (we had already delivered the oven to our customer).He advised me that he would send a fan motor out with our next order.Our next order arrived and no fan motor was there.Two of the Gold grade" ovens were dirty (extremely smeary on the outside). "Gold grade" is displayed as being a newer model but one of them (the Indesit one) was at least 10 years old. There were dents and scratches on the front of both of the ovens.2 of the"Gold grade"washers had scratches on the front (they are more like SILVER 1 grade and GOLD grade states "Newer stock with only minor cosmetic damage to the sides").One of the"Silver 1 grade"washers(Hotpoint)had the wrong lid on it so someone had put wood screws in the lid.The lid and screws were stuck out at the back.1 of the"Gold grade"cookers we purchased(Flavel Milano E60)required 2xdoor hinge bushes for the main oven

Excellent service from the sales team. I got two appliances from them and they are absolutely brilliant. All fully tested and very well cleaned and electrically safety checked too. A great choice for all your kitchen appliances. Thank you Environcom you saved me a fortune. Will definitely recommend.
