Pointless being in the position your in if you can’t help your tenants. Sort it out.Also have a severe leak coming from under my sink which has left me without a kitchen sink or washing machine until someone can get out and look at it. You would think this would be an emergency unless your a tramp. However Gloucester City Homes thinks it’s acceptable to leave someone 15 days before sending someone out to have a look at the problem. Absolute joke of a company.Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

Share my details of my personal experience but the last time I did that gch gloucester city homes put a social media ban on me which is still in effect. So they treat most of their tenants with complete disrespect, they have made threats in the past to some tenants, they have breached laws by trying to force entry in to tenants properties in the past not with the legal 24 hour notice. They make false claims about some tenants, they have shared other people's personal date with other tenants. They have made threats to charge tenants for 700 pounds for a missed alleged appointment they have made slanderous accusations about some tenants without any form of evidence. The lack of repair done leaves tenants at risk of serious harm or of death, they over charge in services charges and can not explain why and still demand service charge payments. I could go on about my 14 years of experience with them, but I think most hopefully will get the point, gloucester city homes as a landlord are simply put diabolical.

The worst housing company to live with regarding repairs they do not bother to help at all! Having to live like this is depressing

My Heather is not working for last 6 weeks I have called maintenance team more than five occasions and they send electrician he said this is not his job it is plumbers job then after 2 weeks plumber came said this is not his job it is electrician job. I call them again they said it is electic engineer job I am waiting 6 weeks I have 8 years boy at home and we filled so cold in themorning my son became a sick i can't understand why they playing games why they playing cata

I had a safety check today inc boiler service , Zac was so good , my meter is not easy to get to but he was like no problem and was friendly and professional and even explained how to use the boiler to cut energy costs

The worst housing association in terms of dealing with anti- social behaviour.The last visit we had was more than disappointing,the housing officer,Miss S Martin was dismissive, borderline aggressive,lacked basic empathy, or sympathy for our 10 year long ordeal,all she cared about was shut us up,which we will not,we will continue our fight for as long as it takes,because we are not in the wrong.Absolute worst! If,like us, you're dealing with anti- social behaviour, remember there is the Community Trigger,a multi-agency mechanism meant to give victims a voice,you can use it if you complained 3 times in 6 months and, nothing gets done,on the contrary, you're made to feel as it is your fault for not putting up with rubbish from neighbours.
