I got a facial and my nails done today by Disha. It was quite a busy day but I was treated with care and she was very kind to me. I left feeling my pampered. My nails were flawless and my skin was SO smooth. I recommend you ask for Disha, she is so sweet yet professional.

The ladies here are lovely. My repeat custom is for threading, waxing, and massage.Oh my the massage is out of this world. Over the years I've tried a number of different massages, sports, deep tissue, relaxation. Dak Sheens massage is gentle but the technique definitely relieves tension and stress leaving me relaxed and never wanting to move afterwards. Treat yourself. Your body will be grateful.

The treatment was excellent. I particularly loved the massage; amazing. Never had a pedicure before and this was definitely a fab experience. Overall a wonderful service and experience. Disha was polite and professional.

Awful experience (apart from the hairdresser herself). I'm not usually one to complain but I they weren't clear about the prices and tried to add £30 on top without telling me (the price for toner is listed as a 'surcharge' along with surcharges for different types of hair - so naturally I thought this would be an optional extra). I spoke with the owner to request that I just get a cut instead and that the language describing the pricing is misleading. She raised her voice at me saying that it's my fault for not reading the company policy, and that it doesn't matter as they have so many clients anyway and I am just one. Not just unprofessional but so rude to speak with someone in that tone.

Fingers bleeding and nails ruined.I have thought a few days about whether or not I should leave this review, and the woman helping me was really sweet, but professionally things really have to change here.I booked a 12:15pm appointment for gellac removal via Treatwell, but was soon called to say they were busy and if I could come at 1pm instead, fine by me. When I arrived at 1pm, I was told it was going to be another 5-10 minutes, and I told here I was there in my work break. Whether she then felt rushed or not, the job done was very painful and of very low quality. Filing off the first layer of gellac, she took most of my skin with it, so cuticles at the end of my nails started to bleed. My fingers were then wrapped in a very messy nail removal soak, half falling off, so I did expect the soak wouldn't happen properly. Taken the badly wrapped tin foil off, she then started pushing the polish off my fingers, even though it clearly hadn't soaked enough. When that didn't work, she started filing the polish off again, resulting in more skin filing and a huge amount of scratches on my nails. I had tears in my eyes as it was so painful, and really just wanted to run out. When she was finished, bits of polish were still stuck on my nails and I had to clean it up at home.It really is a shame. I had done a polish removal on one finger myself at home that morning, and was totally fine, but after 45 minutes at Dak Sheens I was left in pain and with ruined nails. Unfortunately, next time I rather do it myself than to spend £10 on a badly done job.

Fatima did a wonderful job on my hair. Great customer service, good communication and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I have been using Daksheen now for 4+ years, for my waxing and eyebrows every month. I would never go any where else. Salon is clean and the staff are absolutely amazing.

Unfortunately... Not a fan ... The hair was ok but charged 73 over the top. Then the 60 min pamper session was a plain gel paint which chipped a day later . The place was very tired .. won't be returning :(

I had a massage, facial with microdermabrasion and shellac with Disha. She was very professional and welcoming. I loved the treatment, my skin is glowing. Recommended.
