In theory convenient and easy. In reality terrible service. I was hiring a van to move my flat and on the morning of the move when I came to check the details in the app (and only there) I was informed that the van is not available!!! I tried to call and the woman on the phone said there is nothing she can do as no other vans are around and she can offer me a £10 credit to my account - a joke really given all the moving stress and not having a vehicle available last minute. I them emailed them to complain and after nearly a month this is still not resolved.
