Staff at Kays Auto Parts have been very helpful to me as always. Had one of the indicators on my car not working. He opened it for me to replace the bulb but did not need a new bulb. He fixed it for me and did not charge me anything. They are very professional and honest.

I've been looking for a reliable car parts and accessories shop and now I have found it. The two young men are helpful and a joy to deal with. They have a wealth of knowledge about cars and are keen to help. The customer service is excellent compared to larger shops. That I don't want to name. I just want to say thank you for your help.

I don't usually leave reviews but I have to mention this shop because they offered me amazing customer support, they advised me on the best parts to buy for my vehicle which needed an immediate fix. What's more they went the extra mile to ensure that the fitting was completed. Great service - can not thank you enough!

What a God send this man was, I’d got in my car on a Sunday to take my grandson home and attend a show I’d been waiting all year to see, turned my ignition and nothing, battery was flat, I immediately called the AA to be told as I was home and not in any immediate danger and due to the high volume of calls it would be around 5 hours before any technician would get to me, I ran through ideas on what to do and decided to call the auto shop to see if he had any jump leads I could purchase, the shop owners reply was where are you" so I told him "just down the road" and he shut up shop and was with me in 15 minutes with boosters and jump leads

Been using KAYS AUTO PARTS shop for my car parts need for the past few years. I must say that they have wonderful staff and a great attitude. The shop is tidy and the prices are always right. Highly recommend this business.

Amazing service...these guys are by far the best motor supply shop I've ever been to. They always go the extra mile and even go out of their way to help us overcome supply difficulties and even general motor advice. Their prices are very reasonable and they've even referred me to a mechanic who works in hours other mechanics don't. They helped me to get my and my wife's car back on the road for work asap on many occasions, which was crucial to us because we are driving instructors. Their service is impeccable and I've genuinely built a friendship with them. They feel like family to me after I've only known them for a short amount of time...I honestly can't recommend them enough!!!
