Fast Track Reclaim

These dumb people want to take me to court when clearly by the reviews given they are not only scamming me but everybody else.So im going to invite everybody thats been scammed, take their money, get compensation for all of you, bankrupt them & close them down.Everyone that works for the company will go to prison for fraud.

Well, they're not as bad as some people may think. Unfortunately to lots of people (including me)) who does not read terms and conditions, we get on the hook. I asked to check ONLY the claim for working from home tax refund"

Do not sign up I used once for a credit card reclaim now every time time I get a tax rebate years on which I deal with myself they try to take part of it stating that from initial sign up they are entitled to take money from me on all rebates forever unless I revoke them as agents of course this was in the small print, may be legal but morally bankrupt do not use loop hole con men

I am printing all these unbelievably bad reviews and taking them as part of my dossierOn this so called co. To my MP they are first class low life’s Robbing pensioners and hard working people time they got their cum uppence and get charged with fraud

If it had been clearer they would demand, harass and hound for fees, I never would have bothered. This is more stressful than the original issues I came to them with.

Scam company that are threatening to take me to court for £15! Considering I have not even enterd my details on there website,or have I even received my apparent £15 tax rebate from them then good luck with that! Constantly calling,emailing,messaging threatening legal action. Send me the court papers, and ill be there to fast track reclaim compensation from you!

Do not use this company !Used them many years ago to reclaim some PPI .Years later received a payment from HMRC . Weeks later fast track sent letter asking for a percentage of what we had received . We was told we signed a contract but when asked for proof they couldn’t send and eventually sent a copy where the date was completely made up same as the signature which was nothing like ours !!!

I wish i could give zero star for this company who are basically fraudsters. Like many who have left negative reviews, I'm also taking legal advice as well as raising a complaint using Financial Ombudsmen to investigate how they operate.I have not won any redress or refund, I even spoke to the 3rd party (Blackhorse) who also advised they have not had any dealings with Fast Track reclaim nor am I entitled to a refund. Fast Track still continue to harass and bully me to make payment for something they have clearly not won or had any contact with and threaten that their collections team will be in contact and court proceedings where I've repeated a number of times, lets go to court.I have my evidence from the 3rd party confirming they have no records from them as well.Surely, this company needs to be fully investigated? I even sent Watchdog an email to see if they can do anything as it's breaching their own policy i.e no win, no fee plus falsifying signatures.My emails towards them are becoming as rude as theirs now so forget formalities which companies such as these!!So like everyone, AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

DISGRACE! Don’t go near them- just read every review on here if you need further proof. If robbing you blind isn’t bad enough, the team in the collections department will speak to you with utter contempt, I was absolutely disgusted with how I was spoken to every time I had the misfortune of dealing with them - I can’t believe they’re stillTrading - AVOID AT ALLCOSTS

An appalling company to deal with. They use very underhand, non transparent means to essentially trick people into them getting their hands on fees they should have zero claim on and provided no related services. Their ambiguously written Terms & Conditions are awful so be very aware before engaging this company. I recommend you avoid at all costs.
