We went to the shop on Black Friday sales . The staffs were nice , especially the lady at till name Dee. She was very friendly and patient and helped my teenager daughter with the choice of better size trousers for her order . Highly recommended this shop

The store atmosphere is nice and dark like my soul. Staff is very friendly, helpful, young and hot. Huge selection, prices are good. Always leave with happy face and crying wallet.

A usually great shop ruined by staff's attitude to a disabled person!My mum and sister (23, wheelchair user) went shopping here today and found that the member of staff at the till seemingly refused to interact with my sister! For the entire interaction she spoke over my sister to my mum as if she wasn't even there - even though my sister handed her the items, they were obviously for her, she has a club cali account AND she was paying!Need far better training on interactions with disabled people.

Excellent helpful staff whilst looking for shorts for my husband . Also returning one pair too big and ordering a smaller size which got delivered free, no hassles today. Never shopped here, but will again and got some great discounts!
