I have been sent an email saying that my parcel was delivered and signed for by me at1627 today. I have only just arri ed home from work and I certainly did not sign for it. Something funny is going on here

DHL Express Service Point (WHSmith Paignton)
Tried to have parcel sent at this dhl drop off point to be told by the staff they didn't know how to do it and can I come back in 20mins which I did only to be told they only did it once before and couldn't find the book they needed to do it with and could I come back tomorrow! Ridiculous!
