Buying a car can be a headache but had a smooth and stress free experience with David and the team. I arranged a test drive and after discussing the specifics of the car I was looking for David was able to source one for me that ticked all the boxes. The whole process was easy and David took the time to explain each step and keep me updated with regular contact. Overall, I can't fault the service I received and would be happy to purchase another car in the future through David.

David made my experience of getting my first car simple and straightforward. When talking through all the policies-he made sure he was very clear in explaining these to me and took his time as he knew I hadn’t done this before. He also listened to concerns I had, and the few touch up jobs I requested, he ensured we’re carried out to a high standard. David kept in touch throughout the purchase, and kept me updated with everything I needed to know up until I could collect my car. David made sure that he went through all documents I needed, copies he had made me and showed me round all the controls in the car to make sure I was familiar with these before driving off. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Evans Halshaw, would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy their first car!

Had my van into this garage 3 or 4 times now as it’s a leased van which I have the maintenance package and this garage is one of the leasing companies recommended garages. Not once have the mechanics ever put paper protection down on the floor or seats and not once has it ever had a clean. Upon collecting the van just last week, it had loads of oil covered foot prints all over the footwell and oil hand prints all over the steering wheel and dashboard. Definitely won’t be using this service department ever again! Zero respect for someone else’s property! I had to bin my floor mats and seat covers and buy new ones at a cost of £200!

Tony Gerry was extremely helpful from the beginning of my mums car-buying experience till the very end. We really appreciate his professionalism and the extent he went to in ensuring our satisfaction during the process. Also, whilst providing useful information, Tony remained honest, allowed us to make decisions at our own pace and respected our preferences. This made the experience a refreshing and enjoyable one. I would highly recommend going to Evans Halshaw at Kirkintilloch if you want an experience as good as ours :)

We went to view a car we'd seen online. David, the Sales Assistant, provided us with a first class service including a test drive. He was approachable and patient and there was no pressure to buy. He made an extra effort to meet our budget. The whole transaction including trade in and paperwork was done swiftly and professionally. David took time to explain the features of the car including phone set up etc. David made the experience a pleasurable one with his calm and helpful approach.

I found exactly what i was looking for at Evans Halshaw, the staff and the way i was treated was first class. This company not only made sure i got what i wanted but made sure every base was covered in terms of care package and advice. I cant recommend them any higher than a first class service who cares for their customers not only before but after the sale also.
