I placed an order with them for my whole house for the carpet and honestly I have to say the service was absolutely amazing, the staff was really friendly and they did the job so good the carpet I chose, the quality of it and everything with it is just amazing. they did the job on time and so quick and the fitting was FREE!! I can say I made the right choice by choosing Watford carpet and furniture, I would highly recommend them.

Lied about measurements and blamed it on us. Worst carpet installation I've ever seen after working in property management for 12 years. The carpet hasn't been stretched not tucked anywhere. Many of the corners have not been cut straight and are short.
