The worst vape shop I have ever been too, dont inform you about the vapes you purchase, mislead you to upsale products then refused to refund when given to you faulty. Go to TC vapes.

Best vape shops in Chester hands down, huge range to choose from and lower prices than I've seen in most places. 10/10 would recommend.

My partner and I visited this shop to look at buying a new e-cig and some liquids. The man working there (not sure if he was the owner or not) was busy trying to sort out a flying ant infestation. We were browsing, when out of the blue my partner was asked to open a carrier bag from our shopping trip. I appreciate the need for vigilance, but his tone and attitude made it quite clear he’d already marked us as thieves. I was about to make a purchase, but this experience made us walk out. We will never visit again. There are many more e-cig shops in Chester, that are far more welcoming. What made it worse is that every time we’ve walked past since, he’s been stood outside, looking away from the shop. Not that it mattered because there was nobody in there at any of those times. If this is the way they treat potential customers, it’s likely to stay empty.

Excellent service at this store today. I had initially bought the wrong coils for an e-cigarette, very similar ones, but slightly too large. The man (sorry, didn't ask his name) didn't have the right ones in stock, but unscrewed three from some replacement tanks and gave me those. I was impressed.

Extremely helpful service, went the extra mile to ensure I bought the correct products and a great price. Would highly recommend!

went in to buy mask as visiting from wales n couldnt get in any shop. 2 masks for £10 recommended the one with the breathing valve on front. only later noticed the valves are fake n dont open/close they just for show. typical market stall type owner
