Savills Auctions sold a commercial property for us in Decemeber. I was very impressed with the service I recieved, as well as the final sale price. I will definitely use them again!

As a novice seller I was both surprised and delighted at how helpful Savills were. Most pertinently the price guide they suggested was completely accurate and ahead of my own estimate and the amount of interest they claimed I would get also turned out to be spot on. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

3 unanswered phone calls, no response to message, no response to email. But what really irked was taking the time & effort to research and view a property, register to bid, view the day before at an arranged viewing (the only person to turn up), go online for bidding on the day - and find out it was sold out from under me.If someone's registered, supplied their card details/solicitor/proof of funds, and viewed, why on earth would you allow a seller to accept a pre-auction bid? And if you did, wouldn't you inform those who'd registered?Happens all the time - all's fair in love, war, and property auctions. But would have expected considerably better from Savills.

I Came to London this year looking for a property and I was so suprised with how good the savills auction team were. The service , the manner and overall all round morale really helped me with my decision. I would definitely use savills again.Cheers auction team

Have only had a positive experience with the auction team at savills. In particular, when I have enquired about a property pre-auction the response time is extremely quick and the assistance provided is really helpful.

Worst company to deal with in my experience. They are so ineffecient in their work (the entire management) that it takes persistent chasing.. and still waiting!

Savills Auctions helped me achieve a quick sale via auction and I was very impressed with the price the team got and the service they provided. It was a tricky property to sell with various legal complications and I was very pleased with the advice they gave on the transaction. Called everyday for 3 weeks enquiring about a property - was constantly transferred and told someone would call me back, was totally ignored and messed around - terrible management

Savills did a great job.The team were kind, helpful and had a strong knowledge.They assisted well with the house buying process and were organised and professional throughout.They were a delight to deal with and I would definitely use them again!

Signed up for a telephone bid but on the day of the auction and after waiting patiently most of the day because the property was one of the last ones to go to auction they managed to mess up ringing us what a waste of time would not use savills again. We later found out they had some type of incident which meant our details where lost but they did say if we wanted to bid in the future they would take care it I don't think so if they can't manage a phone call then no never again.
