broken lock on my upvc patio doors so unable to close & secure.telephoned David to make an enquiry & get an estimate - & was greeted with one of the most polite & courteous telephone manners i have ever encountered . booked David there & then & he turned up exactly when he said he would.he needed to order a part for the mech. which duly arrived & was fitted next day - the pleasant manner continuing throughout.i cannot reccommend Lyme Locks highly enough.brilliant service & very competitive price.thank you David

It wasn't an emergency but David arranged appointment on same day. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and explained the solution and cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained each stage of the repair and any additional costs (e.g. cutting extra keys). His manner was pleasant and friendly and the overall price was reasonable. Excellent work. I would recommend him

David is extremely efficient, came out straight away, after my holiday home guests locked themselves out. Fixed the lock problem so it can't reoccur. Supplied and fitted a keysafe, cut extra keys, great communication throughout.Can highly recommend.

After looking for a locksmith near Axminster, we found David and we were very happy with his services. We had inherited a house and several locks needed looking at. We felt that David gave us professional and fair advice at all times. After all of the work was done we were satisfied and one of the doors, with a multi-point lock, was the best it had ever been.
