Totally disgusted with this council and livv housing, my parents have had faulty steps to thier house for years but despite asking for repairs it was always the same reply we can not help you due to budget cuts ? My dad had a fall on the steps and was admitted to hospital and never came homeOn the day of his funeral two people nearly fell over the steps one being the funeral director I have also fallen and injured my ankle as did my husband injured his toe ! no amounts of complaints to the council or livv housing comes to anything as both pass the blame onto each other ? The house is adapted for disabled people yet getting into the house safely is a huge issue. My mum walks with a zimmer and has numerous medical professionals coming into the house to tend to her and all have stated this step is very dangerous

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star top bosses taken all the monies in wages ...Kirkby is a disgrace sack directors and use their salaries to employ proper men and keep the Manuel workers employed ....knowsley is pulling the wool over people's eyes saying there's no money it's just not run proper from the top .. and don't get me started regarding councillor's .....right had my say now going to check my blood pressure

Have had a ongoing issue regards my refuse bin for quite some weeks and not getting anywhere.On my last call I spoke to a lady called Jo who took some details and made a call to the appropiate department , within days my problem was resolved. Would like to say a big thank you to Jo who works at stretton way for her assistance.
